Ability to Accept/Reject a Reviewer from Claiming a Review Copy

Instead of a reader having access to a review copy right away, give the author the option to approve/reject a reader first.

    I like this idea, as well. I'd like some way to ensure that my limited number of readers will review on platforms other than Amazon (at least a good number of them), and are reviewers with a good history of completing reviews, and have no outstanding review copies of my previous books.

    Yes, i would LOVE this feature. For me I chase pirates and have multiple records etc, I'd love to be able to cross reference before allowing someone to have a copy of one of my books.
