Audio code distribution - other sources than ACX

For those of us not in ACX countries (like Australia) we need to be able to distribute codes for other audiobook services, EG, Findaway Voices, Authors Direct, Soundwise, Soundcloud, Bookfunnel. This is urgent as otherwise the audio review feature is completely useless to us.
