Restrict a review campaign to only be read on Booksprout's built in reader

We could add in an option for authors to restrict their review campaign to only be read on the Booksprout website or app. This would mean that no ebook file ever leaves our server, and we let reviewers read it one page at a time. However, that will have a negative impact on the reader's experience using Booksprout since they'd no longer be able to read on their preferred device. Most readers prefer to read on e-readers rather than on their computer or phone. Thus, we'd have to reduce the visibility of those books on our site and likely hide them by default unless the reviewer wants to see books that must be read on Booksprout only.  So, it would be a trade off. We could prevent your ebook file from ever leaving our server and only show it to reviewers one page at a time, but that would come at the cost of far fewer reviewers who are willing to participate in your review campaign.
